40 second Wall Sit
5 Jumping Lunges, each leg
6 Jump Squats
7 Full Burpees
8 Half Burpees
9 Push-ups
10 Plank Up-Downs
11 Russian Twists, each side
12 V-ups
*this is performed like the song. So you will do 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, and so forth until your final round starts at 12 and ends at 1.
