*choose weight
*set box height to right above knee
*be sure to extend working leg fully before putting other leg on box

CONDITIONING:
Every 2:30 x 6 rounds:
10 Half Burpees w/ Hands on DBs*
10 DB Squat Cleans
10 DB Push Press
*For Half Burpees, feet must jump up to in line with DBs
