Hold Policy Agreement
By signing this document, I acknowledge the following:
Hold requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to my next scheduled billing date in order to be processed before the upcoming charge.
Holds will be effective no earlier than 7 days from the requested Hold Date* and will align to the membership billing schedule.
Holds can be requested for 28, 56, or 84 days (equivalent to 4, 8, or 12 weeks).
The maximum hold duration is 84 days. Any holds requested longer than 84 days would require membership dues to be paid once the 84 days are completed and the hold to be processed again at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Holds must be taken in 28-day (4-week) increments, and each 28-day increment will incur a $20 processing fee.
A Hold processing fee in lieu of membership in the amount of $20 (for each 28-day billing cycle on hold) will be collected upon processing.
In order to return from Hold early, I will be required to pay a pro-rated fee on the membership dues for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
While on hold, I understand that I forfeit my right to cancel my membership until my hold period has completed. I also understand that this means I must be a member for at least one full 28-day billing cycle after the hold period has been completed to cancel my membership.
Failure to agree to all terms of this form will result in the form being rejected for processing.
