Hold Policy

Hold requests must be made at least 7 days before requested date in order to be processed.

Holds can be requested for 30, 60, or 90 days and the maximum hold duration is 90 days. Any holds requested longer than 90 days will require membership dues to be paid once the 90 days are completed and the hold to be processed again at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Holds must be taken in 30 day increments and each 30 day increment will incur a $20 processing fee (for each month on hold) in lieu of membership dues.

In order to return from Hold early, there will be pro-rated fee on the membership dues for the remainder of the month.

While on hold, I understand that I forfeit my right to cancel my membership until my hold period has completed.
