Our Onboarding Program at CrossFit Queens is designed to introduce new athletes to the fundamentals of CrossFit training. This mandatory initial program focuses on teaching proper technique for essential movements such as squats, presses, gymnastics, and Olympic Weightlifting. By the end of the program, athletes are equipped with the knowledge and skills to confidently join regular CrossFit classes and pursue their fitness goals!
