Wednesday starts with a push press strength piece. Then it’s on to conditioning featuring rounds of: jump rope, deadlifts, and wall walks.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Bring your rope if you like your own for double-unders.
- Be ready for plenty of shoulder work between presses and wall walks.
- Barbell cycling is in play.
