Our barbells are heading in for a full spa treatment. A complete tune-up means smoother, safer, and stronger lifts ahead!

Wednesday starts with a push press strength piece. Then it’s on to conditioning featuring rounds of: jump rope, deadlifts, and wall walks.

What to Know Before You Come:

  • Bring your rope if you like your own for double-unders.
  • Be ready for plenty of shoulder work between presses and wall walks.
  • Barbell cycling is in play.
