PROGRAMMING
STRENGTH
Today’s strength piece is the front squat + jerk, building to heavier than last week. Focus on composure under fatigue.
CONDITIONING
We’ll roll into a 20-minute AMRAP with running and increasing rounds of push-ups and air squats. Expect a grinder that builds volume fast—stamina and pacing will make or break it.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Bring lifters if you like them for the strength portion, and be prepared to change in to your runners for the WOD.
