STRENGTH

Today’s strength work pairs strict pull-ups and single-arm tripod rows for pulling strength and stability.

CONDITIONING

We’ll move into a WOD that combines running and barbell cycling. Barbell stamina + short runs = 20 minute grinder.

What to Know Before You Come:

  • Bring trainers you are comfortable running in, but are stable enough for barbell work.
