*Front Squat Reps will be 6-5-4-3-2-1.
**Start at about 70% of Clean and Jerk and build by feel.
CONDITIONING:
Every 10 Minutes, for 2 rounds:
800m Run

10-8-6-4-2 Thruster
1-2-3-4-5 Wall Walk
*RX = 95/65, RX+=115/80, RX++=135/95
