PROGRAMMING
STRENGTH
Today’s focus is bar muscle-ups and strict pulling strength. Athletes will choose whether to work on volume, skill or strength, so wherever you are on your journey, there is something for you!
CONDITIONING
Intervals for max calories, starting each round with gymnastics and barbell cycling before finishing strong on the rower. Pacing and consistency across sets will be key.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Bring grips if you use them, lots of work on the bar today.
