Focus:
Tuesday kicks off a new back squat cycle (which will be on Mondays moving forward). After our back squats, we’ll tackle a 5-round conditioning piece with rowing, dumbbell step-overs, and core gymnastics.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Bring lifting shoes or a belt if you like the extra support.
- Pack your grips for gymnastics work.
- Get ready to move fast after those heavy squats.
