Today’s focus is on bar muscle-up development. Depending on level, athletes will work through volume, technique, or strict pulling strength. There’s something for everyone, from beginner to advanced!
CONDITIONING
We’ve got a for-time workout combining burpees variations, shuttle runs, and devil’s press. The challenge is to stay smooth through high-skill/high-fatigue transitions and finish strong.
