PROGRAMMING
STRENGTH
Today’s strength focus is the squat clean, building through triples, doubles, and singles. Fitness track: power cleans. Compare to two weeks ago and aim for progress.
CONDITIONING
Rounds of wallballs, burpees, and pullups follow, for a tough mix of stamina, skill, and grit. RX+ & fitness options also available.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Lifters and knee sleeves can help on cleans.
- Grips will come in handy for rig work.
