STRENGTH
Today’s strength focus is the squat snatch. Reset each rep, and compare to two weeks ago with the goal of steady progress. Fitness: power snatch.
CONDITIONING
We’ll move into an EMOM 20 that rotates through machine work, pressing, burpees, and dumbbell snatches. The goal is unbroken sets at challenging loads with consistent pacing.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Have lifters and/or knee sleeves handy if you use them for snatches.
