STRENGTH
Today we are working on our Squat Cleans, with an option to perform Power Cleans for fitness.
CONDITIONING
We’ve got an EMOM style workout today. We’ll take the mechanics we practiced on our cleans straight to the WOD, combined with a machine for aerobic capacity and gymnastics work on the rig.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Bring your grips along; you’ll be hanging from the bar if you are doing RX.
