Today’s focus is the squat snatch, including EMOM-style triples, doubles, and singles, followed by time to build to a heavy single for the day. Fitness track: power snatch.

😰 CONDITIONING

We’ll move into an EMOM rotating through bike calories, dumbbell snatches, and push-ups The score is total push-ups, so efficiency and pacing are key.

What to Know Before You Come:

  • Pack your lifters, knee sleeves and belts if you use them for snatching!
