PROGRAMMING
STRENGTH
Today’s focus is the snatch. You’ll start with an EMOM of doubles and singles, then move into time off the clock to build to a 1RM for the day!
CONDITIONING
A 25-minute EMOM that cycles through bike calories, dumbbell snatches, jump rope, and push-ups. Keep moving, stay smooth, and manage fatigue early.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Bring lifters or shoes that feel stable for snatches.
- Pack your jump rope if you have one.
