3 Cleans (Building to as Heavy as Possible)

Every 90 seconds x 20 (30:00)
ODD ROUNDS:
30 Single Unders + 15 Sit-ups
EVEN ROUNDS:
10 DB Burpee Cleans
——NOTES——
-Cleans do not have to be TNG. The only rule, is you must finish the three reps within the 1:30 window.
-Cleans can be power or squat
-Those with compromised Front Rack Positions may opt to do 3-6 Sandbag Cleans instead
-Fitness option is available for those who may not want to lift heavy today (which is totally cool!).
