-Build in deadlift weight and Box Height from set to set
-Start at about 70% of Deadlift and build to RPE 9 (no fails + good form)
-Box Jumps to be completed directly after Deadlift Set

For time:
25 Box Jump Overs
50 Single DB Step-ups
25 Box Jump Overs
-RX = 24/20” Box and 50/35# DB
-Must step down on Box Jumps
-8 Minute Cap
