CONDITIONING
In teams of 3
AMRAP 15 of:
Max Calorie Echo Bike
*One Athlete will be on the bike
*One Athlete will be resting
*One Athlete will be carrying 2 KBs from the machine to Dozo Dog. Machines will be lined up on far side of gym.
*Athletes will rotate upon return of KBs. The rotational order is as I have listed them here.
*Rx weights are 70s and 53s for the farmers carry.
