CFQ Run Club meets tonight at 6:30pm at the southeast part of the Astoria Park track (to the left of the bathrooms if you are looking at them).

-May build on both
-Rest 3-4 minutes between sets 
-SAME AS TWO WEEKS AGO BY DESIGN. You may build to heavier/higher. 

CONDITIONING: 
Every 6:00 x 3 rounds: 
500/450m Row 
20 DB Snatch, alt arms 
20 Box Jump Overs 
——NOTES——
-Athletes may choose Snatch weight and Box Jump height. The goal is unbroken snatches and smooth/confident box jump cycling
-Must step down on box jump overs
