FITNESS –
Hang Snatch Pull + Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

10–15 minutes technique focus
CONDITIONING –
Every 3:00 x 6 sets:

10 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch
10 Single Arm Overhead Lunges
NOTE
Alternate arms each set (3 sets per arm)
Choose challenging but unbroken load
