There’s still time to sign up for the CFQ partner competition! Test your progress and see how far you’ve come! Teams of Two, RX & Scaled Divisions — Male & Female Categories. Limited to 10 teams per division. Want to be a part of it, but not up for competing? We’d love your help judging! Speak to Coach Marcelo if you are interested.

Alternate arms each set (3 sets per arm)
