CLASSES ARE LIVE ON ZEN PLANNER:
Reserve your spot for 8:00am, 9:15am, 10:30am, or 11:45am, and arrive early to check in for your heat. You’ll be in groups of three with time to warm up before starting. Be prepared to judge immediately after finishing your workout.

We’ll review movement standards at the start of each class, but since this is a long one, please take time beforehand to review the workout, scorecard, and standards—especially for the scaled wall walks and foundation bear crawls, as we don’t do those often.
