There are classes at 8am/9am/10am/11am. Each class will have two heats. So you will workout during one heat and judge someone during the other heat. Don’t stress on judging. It’s literally just counting reps. We will be sure to review the standards at the beginning of each class. Also, feel free to stick around during other class times, to cheer on your teammates, or talk trash to opposing teams (Booooooooo Coach Ben)!
