Our Back Squat Cycle continues including moderate to heavy loads and a drop set to test endurance under fatigue. Make sure to bring your lifting shoes, belt and knee sleeves if you need them.
CONDITIONING
A combo of bike, thrusters and lunges with built in recovery should make for a spicy 5 rounds!
