PROGRAMMING
STRENGTH
Our back squat cycle continues, working through percentage-based sets before finishing with a one-minute drop set that will test grit under the bar. The top weight will stay the same as last week but we are adding one extra set for more total volume.Â
CONDITIONING
Today’s EMOM alternates between rowing, kettlebell work, and rest. This will challenge you to move efficiently under fatigue.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Lifters or a belt may help on squats. Knee sleeves for some as well.
