STRENGTH

Today’s strength work is all about continuing our back squat cycle, building through percentage-based sets before finishing with a drop set for max reps. Expect slightly higher loading than last week.

CONDITIONING

Conditioning follows with intervals of rowing and single dumbbell step-ups, challenging your engine and legs, for reps.

What to Know Before You Come:

  • Bring lifting shoes or a belt if you use them for squats.
