Focus:
Monday’s WOD is a partner workout, so it’s all about teamwork, shared effort, and steady accumulation. You’ll be tackling cardio efforts, explosive jumps, and overhead strength with your partner. Expect running, a machine, and dumbbell work to keep the intensity high. We wrap up with a partner ab cash-out!
What to Know Before You Come:
- Be ready for both cardio and overhead DB work.
- Wear shoes that handle jumps and running.
