PROGRAMMING
STRENGTH
It’s back squat day, and this week we will work up to a set of 2 at 90% of your 1RM (or RPE 9). The 1minute max rep set will be very challenging – keep your composure and stand tall at the top to breathe and reset.
CONDITIONING
A simple but challenging conditioning piece will follow – featuring rowing and bodyweight step-ups.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Don’t forget your lifters, knee sleeves and belts if you use them for back squats.
