🎃 LEAN FOR HALLOWEEN FREE FITNESS & NUTRITION PROGRAM

Join us for Lean for Halloween, a free nutrition + fitness challenge running Oct 6–31. Check your email for all the details and sign up at the front desk! The sign-up sheet is filling up fast, and many of you are already locked in. If not, there’s still time to grab your spot.

CONDITIONING

Today’s workout is a for-time chipper that blends running, dumbbell work, jump rope, and upside down time. Big sets mean strategy and pacing (as well as mental toughness!) will be key from start to finish.

What to Know Before You Come:

  • Wear trainers that are both good for running and provide stability.
  • Bring your rope if you prefer your own for double/single-unders.
