Today’s skill focus is rope climbs. Advanced athletes will work on efficiency and multiple touches, while newer athletes will practice foot locks and partial climbs.
CONDITIONING
A spicy AMRAP featuring jump rope, barbell cycling, and pull-ups. Quick transitions and steady movement will be key. Be prepared for some accessory work to follow!
What to Know Before You Come:
- For rope climbs, wear long socks or leg protection and shoes with solid grip for foot locks.
- Bring your jump rope if you prefer your own for double unders.
- Grips can help on the pull-up bar.
