Today’s conditioning piece is a five-round grinder under a 25-minute cap. Expect a mix of medball runs, overhead pressing, jump rope, and wall walks to test stamina, coordination, and definitely shoulder strength. RX+, RX, and Fitness options available.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Wear running shoes.
- Shoulders will get taxed—pace the pressing and stay smooth on the rope.
