Friday brings a descending ladder of burpees, toes-to-bar, and box jump overs, with a farmer’s carry after every round to keep the grip and lungs firing. Just chip away at it!

What to Know Before You Come:

  • Bring grips if you use them for TTB.
  • Farmers carries will tax grip—be prepared.
