Today we’ll be working on banded deadlifts, EMOM-style.
CONDITIONING
Running, farmer carries, and burpees are on the agenda today. You’ll work in 10-minute rounds, logging burpees as your score.
What to Know Before You Come:
- Flat, stable shoes (versus lifters or runners) are best for deadlifts to keep you grounded and maximize power transfer.
- That said, you might want runners for the WOD.
