30 days (August 25th – September 25th)
Pick one Zone or Paleo option (below) and stick it for 30 days.
You must post to your food log to the blog comments for the day each day, even rest days, along with WOD results.
You must get your body composition measured pre and post challenge. Within 3 days of beginning and end of challenge.
You get 1 point for each day you CrossFit. Must sign in online.
Kick off WOD is Fight Gone Bad, we’ll end the challenge with Fight Gone Bad 5 Fundraising event on September 25th.
Winner will be determined by the largest change in FGB score, plus points from CF days and change in body composition.
This is open to all members including Foundations members.
Nutrition plan options: The Zone, Paleo (strict or without your own defined exceptions), Paleo-Zone (Paleo using Zone portions).
$25 buy-in, money goes to the pot and winner gets $150 cash or CFQ credit.

Friday is make up day.  Please have your wod ready before coming to class.  If you don’t have it, you’re doing burpees.  A lot of them.

Two words come to mind when I look at this pic.  No, it’s not “double unders”, but dedication and determination.  Rachel came to CFQ in April of this year never completed a double under, pull up, even a full push up.  Today, just six months later, she’s got double unders, one or two (on a good day) kipping pull ups and full push ups.  How did she do this?  Hard work.  No secrets, not tricks.  She’s a way different athlete, and person, then when she walked in our doors six months ago.  Keep it up Rachel!

This is just one example of success from you, our athletes, who put in effort day in and day out.  If you know someone who has been inspiring you lately, we encourage you to let them know.

Try achieve a perfect form at your progression level.  Try from the floor first, see if you can lift your legs and butt off the floor.  Then move to the parallel bars or rings and pick one of the progressions below.

Level 2: High knee tuck (hips forward, knees above parallel)
Level 3: Low L (legs extended, below parallel)
Level 4: L (legs extended, hips forward, legs at or above parallel)
