Nutrition

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Doesn’t get much simpler than that.  Nutrition is the foundation of the CrossFit program.  If you want all that hard work you put in during the WOD’s to go to good use, you have to eat the right foods.
