You can submit your info for a free intro session or jump into one of our WOD classes by contacting us. Our coaches will help you to scale the movements and workouts appropriately to your fitness level.
Of course. Fitness is for everyone and we’ll work with you to make sure you start out at the right intensity and with a routine appropriate to your individual abilities.
Very likely, yes. However, we strongly advise you consult your physician before starting this (or any other) exercise program. If you’ve been restricted, we’ll need medical clearance before you can workout. And of course we urge you to discuss it in-depth with your coach so adjustments can be made.
