Eddie banging out situps.

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

20 One-Arm Dumb bell Snatch (10 each arm)
(25-30% of bodyweight. Scale accordingly.)

20  Jumping Lunges (10 each leg)

40 Double Unders
