We’re almost done with week 3 of the Goals Challenge.  Time to pony up journals.  Email, scan or hand in your journals to us so we can check up on your progress.  Have you noticed changes?  If so, what are they?  What do you attribute the changes to?  Have you cleaned up your diet?  Have you been coming more consistently?  Post to comments.

    breakfast: Salmon & spinach
    lunch: 2 grilled chicken breast & broccoli
    dinner: filet mignon

      My overhead strength has improved.

      >>What do you attribute the changes to?

      Worked on my press technique and kept doing overhead exercises at least twice a week.

      >>Have you cleaned up your diet?

      It used to be worse. But there’s still a lot of room for improvement.

      >>Have you been coming more consistently?

      “Yes” which means I kept working out consistently while being on tour through Europe.
