Nazly fights to get an extra round during the WOD.
3 rounds of 1 min of max reps at the following stations:
Knees to Elbows
Wall ball
Box Jumps
Med Ball Cleans
Push Press
2 min rest in between rounds. Post total reps as your score.

i went from 140something rnd 1 too 70something rnd 2….it will be a glorious day when i can keep pace with that first round! =)
